1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Shipping to the USA on all workspace upgrades and products.

• Standard Shipping (USA): Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, usually ranging between 7–14 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local courier peak seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Since we support a seamless guest checkout, all tracking updates will be sent directly to the email address you provided during purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MARKIVOX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

MARKIVOX is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can arrange a free replacement under our 30-Day Guarantee.
